Once you have decided to purchase a Symmetry Security Management System or GiroVend Cashless Payment Solutiuon our Installation Team will contact you to agree an implementation programme.
One of our engineers will meet with you to discuss the
installation of the system in detail and answer any questions you may have. Each has a wealth of experience, gained working in a wide range of
customer environments. During the
installation itself we will aim to be as inconspicuous as possible, as we recognise you have a business to run!
As we commission the system we will consult you, so that the final configuration is exactly how you want it. Then, finally we will
train you and your colleagues how to use the system to its maximum advantage. If you would like further
training off-site this can be carried out at our
Training School. Before we leave we will advise our
Service Centre that the system is complete so help is immediately available should you need it.
Large Project Installations
Large projects are often complex and demanding, requiring support and information from several, dispersed parties. The projects always demand considerable resource and effort to deliver what is often the largest security undertaking the client has ever been involved within.
G4S Technology specialise in large-scale, complex installations requiring a high degree of co-ordination. Our team work with construction and refurbishment contractors, architects and consultants together with other trades all as part of our service to you.
We understand the complexities involved in large construction projects and our sales and system design engineers are able to work closely with the contractors to provide designs that meet the customer’s requirements and integrate with the building and services designs.
Our in-house design engineers can create layout and schematic drawings to illustrate our plans and develop works programmes to indicate how our activities will relate to the main works schedule. The design engineers overlay symbols for card readers, cameras and detection devices on the architect’s drawings to indicate where the security hardware will be placed, to assist with co-ordination. Views provided by the cameras can be documented, so the customer understands what areas are under surveillance. These drawings can include perimeter fences, anti-terrorist road blockers, vehicle barriers, vehicle gates and turnstiles for review by our customer and enable G4S Technology to finalise the design specifications.

We fully acknowledge that we cannot be experts throughout all security requirements and where we are unable to provide the necessary solution (gates, intercom, turnstiles etc) we have strong partnerships with market leading brands that seamlessly integrate with the Symmetry Security Management System to provide a building management solution.
